Diffserv Classification Service DSC

Hi Rob,

I have got ORE going on a testbed that looks like this

I could load jfwd, jmib, jcapture and other services successfully on the
accelar as well as the host. (Thanks Phil for providing the ORE/JVM for
the accelar).

I am keen to try out the diffserv classification service that you
presented at LANMAN which make use of these services.
