That is right. The machine 192.168.34.23 is indeed on 3/3.

I still can't see the filter from CLI or GUI, I have looked under both
global and source/destination filter sets and can't find them.
However I will wait till the next release of JFWD, if it is as early as
next week, meanwhile I will keep hacking on my linux router QoS
architecture.
